How many outfits can I bring?
I would say for seniors and general portraiture, a session lasts around 45 minutes to no longer than an hour and a half. Even at an hour and a half, 2 outfits are usually the maximum we can fit in our time. Some seniors really want the full gamete, several outfits and locations. How many people can be in a shoot?
Great question! I’ve done big family groups. I love big families, I’m a part of one! They operate very similarly to wedding family portraits. When you are wanting more than 7 individuals in a portrait, this limits my ability to capture lifestyle shots. For general families, 5-7 individuals, pricing is the same. However for each additional member beyond 7, please add $20 per individual.
Where should I print my photos?
This is a great question and I have done a lot of research. I’ve created this blog entry specifically to inform you and show you examples. I’m connected with several professional printing labs and some of them have the option of printing even if you are not a professional. That is my suggestion. Obviously there are quick and cheap options, but to print at the quality you are paying for, I recommend a higher level lab.
